RECIPES & FOOD PLANS
Most of these recipes are courtesy of the Institute for Functional Medicine. The core plan recipes are a good general starting place. There are additional recipes specifically for particular purposes or conditions, though any of them would also work well as part of the core program. For the core plan there is an initial graphic display followed by a chart outlining serving size and number of servings for specific foods. Recipes are in the drop down menu. There is a 1600 and a 2000 calorie version posted.
